unexpected

i just found out one of my coworkers passed away last weekend. i'm very much in shock. i don't know any details about what happened other than her son found her on saturday. she was such a sweet woman, a brand new grandma, and a former triathlete. she had a great sense of humor, the most hilarious stories, and i really enjoyed working with her. it's still sinking in, but as it does, i think it's going to be harder and harder to not cry. i think i'm going to go out for lunch and get some air.
